What a wonderful picture!! We would like to introduce Skittles and her best friend, Rachel Neisler. Skittles is a Pug mix who was born on June 5, 2000, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July 21st. Rachel says that Skittles is the smartest puppy in the whole world - she is even house-broken already!
