We would like to introduce Martha Ogline and her sweet new puppy, Toby. Toby is a Lhaso Apso, born in April, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on  June 19, 2000, when he weighed 6.5 pounds. Toby looks like he is so kind and so much fun for Martha. We are looking forward to watching him  grow up!
