We would like you to meet Joanne and Melissa Rivera and their new very best friend, Coby. Coby is a Shih Tzu puppy, born in December, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 21, 2000, when he weighed 3.8 pounds. It is wonderful for young people to learn responsible pet care by bringing their own pet in regularly. Coby is a lucky dog!
