What a great picture! This is Oscar Smiley snuggling with a friend of the family, Vera Mills.  Oscar, born in January, and pictured here at his Puppy Plan appointment on April 1, 2000, is a  tan and white Sharpei mix who weighed 10.8 pounds on this day. He is a lover, and it will be fun to watch him grow up!
