What a great picture! This is Ivan and Dottye Steinbach with their new "baby", Spunkee. Spunkee is a Chihuahua mix puppy, born in May, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July 26, 2000, when she weighed in at a whopping 2.2 pounds. We bet that this puppy, aptly named Spunkee, gets more power per pound than most puppies! It will be fun to watch her grow up!!
