What a cute puppy! This is Simmie and her new best friend in the whole world, Lisa Trowell. Simmie is a miniature Australian Shepherd, born in June, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July 17, 2000, when she weighed in at a whopping 4.4 pounds.  We detect a little  competition in her family, her dog-brother is named Gator (be sure to see his page on this site too!), and Simmie is short for Seminole!!! That's ok, by November, she will be a lot bigger and able to hold her own with that big-talking boy!
