What a great picture!! This is Oliver and his new very best friend in the whole world, Michael Walsh! Oliver is a Shih Tzu puppy, born in December, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on March 22, 2000, when he weighed 5.6 pounds. It is special that Michael is learning the proper, responsible care of a pet, by bringing his new puppy regularly for his treatments.  He and Oliver will  have many , many hours of great fun together!
