This is Dorothy and Ulysses West and their new best friend, China. China is a tan and white Chihuahua, born in November, and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on March 2, 2000, when she weighed 3.4 pounds. We know that this cute puppy will bring lots of joy and excitement to this family. It will be fun to watch  Ulysses grow up with China, he will learn wonderful lessons  in responsibility and the proper care of a pet.
