From the South:
From the Bartow area, coming north on Highway 98, turn east (left) on Edgewood Drive. Follow Edgewood to the third traffic light and turn south (left) on Cleveland Heights Blvd. The Hospital is about 1 mile, next door to the YMCA on the left side of the street.
From the Mulberry area, go north on Highway 37 (S. Florida Avenue), and turn east (right) on Highland Drive - there is a Walgreen's Drug Store on the northeast corner of the intersection. Follow Highland Dr. until it dead-ends at Cleveland Heights Blvd., turn north (left) and go about one half mile. CHAH will be on the right, across the street from Carlton Palmore School.
