Directions from the West
Take I 4 East to the Polk Parkway (570) east. Follow the Polk Parkway to the South Florida exit in Lakeland. Exit and turn left (north) onto South Florida Avenue. Take an immediate right on Azalea, and another right on Carolyn and a third right on Westover. Follow Westover St. to the traffic light at Cleveland Heights Blvd. The Hospital is directly across the street, on the south side of the Lakeland YMCA. You can go straight across and turn right into the parking lot.
