Awareness of Owners Needs, Limitations and Desires

Patients come first, but owners make the decisions...

Each Client will be treated with respect.

Each Client deserves to be educated about pet care.

Each Client has limitations and constraints:

For some it is time
For some it is money
For some it is limited compassion for the pet
For some it is physical or mental problems
Our job is to recognize the clients limitations and constraints and structure pet care plans for them.

Each Client is a person with natural and learned behavior patterns:

Some are Otters
Some are Beavers
Some are Golden Retrievers
Some are Lions
Some change their behavior as their situation changes. We must learn how to deal with all of them.

Each Client deserves to get his questions answered.

We will develop great listening skills and use them to develop pet care plans that will please the owner and provide the best possible care for their pet.
