Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital The Patient Comes First... We will always provide relief from pain and suffering. No patient deserves to suffer from pain (mental or physical) while they are under our care. We will always care for critical cases first as described in our triage policy. We recognize that our job, in addition to providing competent medical care, is to talk pet owners through their objections to doing what we believe is right for their pet. No one else will perform this necessary task for the benefit of the patient. This is a necessary step before we can begin to use our medical skill and knowledge for the benefit of the pet. We are the advocate for the pet. We will strive to keep our skills and knowledge at the highest level possible. Referrals will be made after we have determined that our skills, knowledge and abilities are not adequate to meet the need of the pet. We will purchase, maintain and regularly certify that our equipment is up to date and working properly and being used correctly. We will maintain quality records on each pet. The records will be clear, concise and complete. They will reflect our competent medical care and concern for the long-term care for the pet. |
