We want you to meet Fawnda Allen and her new baby, Blue. Blue is an adorable Chihuahua puppy who  was found along the side of the highway in Orlando. He is shown here at his firs Puppy Plan appointment on March 10 when he weighed in at a whopping 1.5 pounds! Fawnda tells us that he is named Blue because he has blue eyes and his     color looks  blue! What a cutie, and what a lucky puppy to have such a wonderful,  new home with a kind, loving Mom!!
