We want to introduce Lucy, Jennifer Bradbury's newest family member. Lucy is just plain adorable! She is a Shih Tzu puppy who was born on February 14, 2009 - a Happy Valentine's Day present for her new Mom, Jennifer! Lucy is pictured here in the baby bear basket at her first Puppy Plan appointment on April 20, 2009 when she weighed 3.4 pounds of pure love and fluff! What a cutie!
