OK, so this  is one of the cutest puppies of the year! May we present CiCi! She is, obviously, a Christmas Chihuahua puppy! She was born on September 29, 2008 and is shown here on December 23 at her first Puppy Plan appointment when she weighed in at a very proud 3 pounds! It will so fun to watch this adorable puppy grow up!
