What a cutie! This is Charlie, Thomas Carey's newest family member. Charlie is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on April 8, 2009. He is shown here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on May 30, 2009 when he weighed 1.8 pounds.  Thomas tells us that this big guy is really a scardy-cat, but he sure can attack and chew up his toys!!
