What an adorable picture! This is Jasper, Stephanie Clayton's newest baby. Jasper is a Maltese puppy who was born on January 23, 2009 and he is shown here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on April 2, 2009 when he weighed 4 pounds. These little guys are so sweet and so loving, we know that he will be a delight for Stephanie!
