Is this not the cutest puppy ever!!?  May we present Rooney B, Kathy Connors newest baby. Rooney B is a Pomeranian mix puppy who has a personality as cute as he is! He was born on January 23, 2009 and is shown here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on April 9 when he weighed 4.6 energetic pounds!  He is adorable!
