We want you to meet a very cute Chihuahua puppy - this is Sassy, Victoria Elliott's new best friend. Sassy was born on October 7, 2007 and she is shown here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on January 7, 2008 when she weighed 2.2 pounds of pure love! Victoria has another Chihuahua, so she knows how loving and fun this breed can be. Sassy is sure a cutie!
