We would like to introduce Theresa Ewell and her newest friend, Penny. Penny is a Border Collie mix puppy who was born on July 24, 2007. She is pictured here at her firs Puppy Plan appointment on September 19 when she weighed 7.6 pounds of pure love and energy!
