What a great picture!!   We would like you to meet a cute new puppy, Tyler, and his mistress, Tiffany Fetherman, and Grandma Karen Fetherman.  Tyler is a Yorkie mix  puppy, the son of Taylor who also belongs to the Fethermans and who was a Puppy Plan puppy last year. Tyler was born in October of 1998 and weighed 4 pounds in this picture taken at his   first Puppy Plan appointment on January 4th, 1999. What a great way to start out the New Year - a sweet girl and a new puppy!!
