What a cutie! We would like to introduce Chloe, Marvella Haire's newest baby. Chloe is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on January 7, 2009. She is shown here at her Puppy Plan appointment on March 28 when she weighed 3.4 pounds of pure love! Marvella tells us that Chloe just loves to play with all of her toys - what a fun puppy!
