What an adorable face!  May we present Pepe, Stephen and Brenda Haley's newest family member. Pepe is a Shih Tzu puppy who was born on February 20, 2009. He is shown here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on July 1o when he weighed 6.3 pounds of pure energy! Brenda tells us that this puppy is fearless, and VERY smart. He learned to sit in 3 minutes, and he now is officially in charge of exercising their other dog, Mishka, a Pomeranian, by racing her throughout the house!!
