These are two of Bev Harrell's babies. They are from a litter of Exotic Shorthair kittens that were born to Bev's first Exotic, Savannah on November 23, 2004. There were four kittens in the litter, two of which, Hootie and Hannah, are pictured above at their first Kitten Plan appointment on January 28, 2005 when Hannah weighed 2.9 pounds and Hootie was 2.5 pounds.  This litter of  kittens had an exciting beginning to their life, born just as Bev was scheduled to participate in a cruise, they decided that eating was not high on their list of priorities. Obviously, Bev nursed them to good health (AND was able to go on the cruise)! They are such a unique breed, appearing to be a short-haired version of a Himalayan, but with an extremely loving temperament. What cuties, no wonder Bev tells us that they have their own room, complete with their own bed and toy box!
