What an adorable picture! Meet Missy and her new best friend in the whole world, Toni Hruska. Missy is a Shih Tzu puppy who was born on February 24, 2005. She is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on May 5th when she weighed in at a whopping 3.4 pounds. Toni tells us that this puppy captured her heart when she first saw her. According to Toni, she is a delight! What a lucky puppy to have such a wonderful new home!
