This is such an adorable puppy! We would like to present Skinny Pete and his new best friend in the whole world, Laura Kelley.  SP, as Laura calls him, is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on February 19, 2005. He is pictured here on April 28th at his first Puppy Plan appointment when he weighed in at a whopping 1.2 pounds!  Laura tells us that this cute puppy loves to play dead - she holds him on his back, tells him to play dead, and he goes completely limp! He also loves to sleep on his back - what a cutie! It will be fun to watch this sweet puppy grow up!
