What a great picture! We would like to present Boots and his new family! Boots is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on September 29, 2008. He  is the newest member of Byron and Tracy Kelley's family. He is shown here at his Puppy Plan appointment on December 30 when he weighed in at a whopping 3.2 pounds! He is so cute and his family loves him very much already!
