We would like you to meet Larry Barsotti and his new friend, Toby. Toby is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on May 2, 2006. He is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on July 27 when he weighed in at 5.1 pounds. Toby's other new friends, Ruby Laten and Kathy Smith, tell us that this cute puppy just moved here from Georgia. Welcome to sunny Central Florida!
