What a cutie! We would like to present Charlie, Debbie Morales' newest best friend. Charlie is a Shepherd mix puppy who was born on October 28, 2008. He is shown here on February 6, 2009 at his Puppy Plan appointment when he weighed 27.8 pounds. Debbie tells us that he is very loving and loves to give lots of kisses!
