This is such a cute little puppy! May we present Elle, John Partain's newest family member. Elle is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on February 23, 2008. She is shown here on May 14 at her Puppy Plan appointment  when she weighed in at 1.7 pounds of pure love! We know that Elle lights up any room - so is such an adorable little puppy!
