If you look very closely in this picture, you will find a tiny, adorable puppy! May we present Chelsea, Charlene Rodriguez' newest family member. Chelsea is a Chihuahua puppy who was born on October 4, 2007. She is shown here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on December 8 when she weighed in at a whopping 1.4 pounds! This is such a perfect little puppy to ride in Santa's sleigh this year at Christmas!!!
