We would like to introduce Randy and Charletta Rupert and the newest member of their family, Abbie. Abbie is a Bichon Frise puppy who was born on December 30, 2004. She is pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on April 6, 2005 when she weighed 7.2 pounds. Randy tells us that they have always had Boxers in their family, but they decided to try a new, smaller breed. They have really enjoyed this happy little Bichon who loves to do the "Bichon wave"!!
