We would like to introduce Cindy Sgrillo and her new baby, Biscotti. This adorable, fluffy puppy is a Long-haired Chihuahua. Biscotti, who was born on April 16, 2006, is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on June 17 when he weighed 1.6 pounds of pure love! What a cutie!
