This is one of the cutest "designer puppies" that we have seen! May we present Bella, who is Connie Smith's newest best friend. Bella is a mixture of two great breeds of dogs - a Dachshund and a Bichon Frise, and what a great combination! She was born on January 23, 2008 and is pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on August 12 when she weighed 9.8 pounds. She is such a cutie!
