What a great picture! We would like to introduce Margaret Whitehead and her new baby, Powder Puff. We cannot think of a better name for a fluffy, lovable Bichon Frise' puppy than Powder Puff!  This sweet puppy who was born on March 30, 2005, is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on June 15th when she weighed in at a whopping 1.8 pounds. Margaret tells us that her energetic nieces and nephews love to play with Powder Puff, and the feeling is mutual - she loves to play hard and sleep hard!
